Our frames are designed primarily for stretched canvas artworks over a wood frame.

How to assemble the frame
The assembly of the frame is really easy! All the necessary hardware is provided. You will only need a screwdriver to assemble the frame. View the assembly instructions.
How do I mount the frame on the wall?
You will only needa wall hook to hang your frame on the wall (not provided).
Can I easily change the artwork inside the frame?
Yes, you can unmount the artwork to use your frame or another canvas easily.

What are your production and shipping times?
Orders typically are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Here are approximated shipping times for different parts of the world (from the shipping date):
Canada: 1 to 5 business days
USA: 3 to 6 business days
Anywhere else: 1 to 3 weeks
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes – we ship to almost every country in the world, with the exception of Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Zambia.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the frame is in its original condition and packaging. View our complete return policy.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Do your frames come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling or normal wear and tear.
