At Kolekin, we typically pack and ship your order within 2 business days, ensuring you receive your frame as quickly as possible.

Here are approximated shipping times for different parts of the world (from the shipping date):

• Canada: 1 to 5 business days
• USA: 3 to 6 business days
• Anywhere else: 1 to 3 weeks

Duties & Taxes

• Canada: no duties. Taxes calculated at checkout.
• USA: all duties and import fees included into prices. No extra fees!
• Anywhere else: duties and taxes could be charged by local customs.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products but understand that you may change your mind about a piece or that it may not work in your space as intended. We accept returns on all items (except those in clearance) within 30 days of delivery. The items should be in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging.

Our customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are made to the original method of payment less the original shipping fee and return shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of return receipt for the refund to be issued so that we may process the return and conduct a quality control review.
